This supervisor role is in charge of point-of-sales (POS) associates during shift. Responsible for ensuring associates adhere to company policies and understands assigned duties, balances cash drawers, and answers customer questions.
Recommends sales, assists customers, and operates the cash register to accept payment for merchandise or services. May work the front desk, café, pro shop, kid’s area, or safety briefing room.
This supervisor role is in charge of track staff during shift. Responsible for safe and orderly conduct of individual heats and events, ensures customers obey rules, and administers inspections.
Ensures customers safety while on the track. Assists customers into karts, verifies kart is running properly, and advises of any dangers. May work in the pits or as a flag marshal.
The Kart Maintenance Staff is responsible for day to day maintenance of Grand Prix Karting fleet of karts ensuring that all karts are at the acceptable level of operation within safety guidelines. Maintaining GPK’s fleet of Karts attributes to customers experiencing an unforgettable fun experience at Grand Prix Karting.
Coordinates with the event coordinator to set up the party room as specified. Serves as the direct contact for corporate events and group parties. Responsible for overall event experience and execution of details. Assists in other duties as assigned. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling advertising, sponsorships, and events to companies and customers. Warm leads will be provided for follow up and cultivation. Responsibility also includes: developing ongoing, profitable relationships with business targets and continually maintaining a professional, positive image of Grand Prix Karting. The representative will work to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Customer Service experience in entertainment, hospitality or similar is helpful
